Estate papers, 1722-1835, including bills, accounts, receipts, deeds, depositions, agreements, plans, and a decree of divorce. Papers include some manuscript transcripts of 17th century documents (not the original documents). Papers relate to Abel Minot, Stephen Minot, Dr. Timothy Minot, Abigail Minot, and William Minot. Several portions of the papers refer to Minot land along Concord's Mill Brook (notably the Timothy Minot estate papers). Some of the documents include the signature of Mary Minot White, wife of Ammi White.
